A successfully designed two story residential or mixed use of building addition/renovation that maximizes the living space, provides functional outdoor areas, and adhere to all technical specification. A functional design and space utilization with technical compliances and modern times aesthetics livability.

Key Features & Design Philosophy :

The design focuses on maximizing private living space and integrating a large, functional outdoor area. The space consists of the second floor as a private living area with multiple bedrooms, dedicated wet areas, and efficient circulation

A terrace floor with expansive outdoor area, integrated landscape for the breathtaking view and greenery which will enhance the aesthetic appeal. Addition of pitched roof covering for the entrance lobby adds to the aesthetic elegance of the elevation.
